- It's essential to us that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We post every working day (mon-fri), so if you're able to submit payment before 3pm, your item(s) will be dispatched that same day (where possible). All UK orders are sent via a recorded service, and benefit from an online tracking facility. The parcel will require a signature upon delivery. Should no-one be available to sign, you will be left a 'while you were out card', providing all of the necessary details enabling you to rearrange a convenient delivery date/time. The Royal Mail will only hold parcels for seven days before returning to sender, if this happens, you'll be required to re-submit the postage costs. We also offer a special next day delivery service, too. All overseas orders are sent via the royal mail 'international signed-for' service. This benefits from an online tracking facility and insurance against any loss or damage to the item while in transit. The parcel will require a signature upon delivery.

- Returns & Replacements
- By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day of receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations we ask you to please download our returns from and return it completed accompanied with the products you wish to return:

You must notify us within 7 days of reciept and goods must be returned within 28 days. All items must be returned complete with tags and original packaging in fully re saleable condition. Return Postage & Packing is payable by the customer and the original postage cost is not refundable.
Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the full cost of the item. We will only refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling the whole order, so please mention this when cancelling your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable if you are returning part of an order.
If you are returning an order that originally qualified for free delivery we will credit your account with the original cost less the postage cost.
If you notify us of your cancellation after the 7-day statutory cooling-off period, goods returned to us can only be exchanged for replacement goods or gift vouchers. Goods returned for exchange or gift vouchers must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for three months from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
